apparently the OEM tow mirrors are no longer available..I searched far and wide.. I wanted the original look and not newer style or aftermarket. Not usually a fan of aftermarket products, in general.....

Anyway, I posted this to let people know they are an option. the quality is fantastic! I got the defrost, power with blinker. the others are available as well..
Hmm, that mirror in your post appears to avail from Ford. Not sure if it is avail with the heat. And from Ford, the outer shell cover is sold separate.

You have to buy the cover too, but it looks like they are still available at any Ford dealership.
