My 2017 F250 Lariat was bought back by Ford after getting an attorney for this problem among other issues. When it rains heavy, water leaks into the truck, fills the door sills and the channels under the door sills (that run front to back of the truck and have wire harnesses in them) with water. Ford dealer was awesome, but limited help from Ford. After dealer had my truck for 3 months, and even a field engineer out, they could never correct the water leaking. It was so bad, I would have condensation on the inside of my windshield. On a freezing cold night I had ice on the inside of my windshield.
Now, my new 2019 did the same thing with heavy rains last night. Even the carpet is wet next to the sill plates.
I don't know what you did to try and correct the last truck, but sometimes on these, the bottom of the door fills up and leaks on to the sill panel. You might check the drain plugs in the doors.
Well what I did was open up the little weep holes at the very bottom of the door with a very small flat head screw driver. My door used to fill with water. Just gently pried them open a tad more and water came right out and has not filled up like that again since I've done it and we have had some crazy rain storms.

The 2019 has no drain plugs. They are already removed by Ford.

Hey, what year Truck do you have? Did you notice if it leaked more when the truck was parked on an incline? So you used a screwdriver and opened up the bottom drain more?
On my 2019, the front bottom drains on the doors are longer then my 2017. But the rear drains are same size.

I have a 2017 psd drw cc long bed. It only happened on the driver side rare passenger door. Didn't seem to matter if I was on incline or not. Yes I used a very very small flat head screwdriver and was able to open up the little weep holes a little more. Solved my problem 100%

So, I installed new butyl at the bottom of the vapor barrier and so far no leaks. What a **** poor design by Ford and **** poor quality control at the Factory.
Where do you source the butyl? Just incase I run into this issue.
