Everything on the truck should be either National Course or National Fine. A thread chaser or tap and die set should let you clean out the threads for new fastener(s). If you identify the part your worried about the Chassis Catalog should identify the bolt, size, and TPI to let you be sure you’ve got it right. Stu

I just checked my 62 and they are 3/8-24 welded nuts on the floor. Most every nut and bolt on that truck is fine thread, impossible to find fine thread J-nuts.
