I just bought a 2019 ccsb 3.5 ecoboost lariat.
it also has the sync 3.3 which is newer than my other 19 f350.
but on the 150 the clock is always off an hr (slow).
i have done a master reset and set the clock by gps and also toggled on and off set by gps time. It only happens over night. If i set it in the morning it will stay set all day until the next morning or day.
does anyone have any suggestions? Ive also check for updates but there isnt any.

Don’t use the GPS setup for time because it’ll always be off by an hour.
I noticed that on my 2016 F150.
Once you set it up the regular way, your time shouldn’t change and it should always be correct.
At least on my '17 the clock doesn't do Daylight Savings Time. So if you set it to GPS time in the summer it will always be an hour off. I just sync mine to GPS time and then manually advance it an hour.
You don't indicate where you live but if you're near the edge of a time zone that could be the problem. When the clock is set to GPS time it WILL change if it thinks you've crossed a time zone.
Any time Ive had to do a soft reboot of Sync3 because my phone wouldn't pair, or kept dropping the Bluetooth connection, or even the GPS not being able to pick up the satellites, the clock would always be an hour off too. I would have to manually set it and it holds until the next time I'd need to do a soft reboot. Im not sure what that's all about either, because Ill have the clock settings to my location but its never correct. As you said, itll always be an hour slow.
