Fordpass not showing ESP

It should show up by now. Where did you buy your ESP, from the purchasing dealer or online? Call your dealership service dept and ask them to verify your ESP (talk to a service manager, a sales-dweeb won't be able to run the report). The ESPs generally show up in the system as soon as Ford gets your money, maybe a day or two delay based on the time it takes the systems to reconcile (which is usually overnight). I have heard of a couple of instances where someone at dealer just didn't enter the information into the Ford ESP system correctly or in a timely manner.

theres another thread about this and I sent that thread to ford.
ford is saying its not supposed to be visibile, yet a lot of folks say it is on their fordpas.
im suspecting that these plans are underwritten and it depends who does the underwriting which determines if it will post.
I bought mine at a ford dealer at the time of truck purchase. I guess I got a Kraco esp becuae mine is not showing up.
may have to cancel my kraco esp and buy a ford one on line. the on line ones seem to show up.

Go into your vehicle in FordPass. Scroll down and select "Vehicle Details". On the "Vehicle Details" screen select "Ford Protect". If you don't see that option or it's grayed out then you don't have the ESP or FordPass can't find it.

Did you call ford USA or got dealer
im thinking it some dealerships are backed up regesteribg our esp.
