Bogging when shifts

Tugly,
I assume you are making reference to the Torque Converter Lock Up (TCLU). I posted a video above this & I hope y'all will be able to see what is going on with the truck. Again it only happens when the tranny shifts fro 2nd to 3rd. I can pull it down in 2nd and it will run fine until I shift to the "D".
