Hello all, I have a 2018 F-150 XL 4x4 regular cab that I am thinking about putting an Autospring kit on it that has the 2" front level and an add a leaf rear. This truck is not my daily driver, and I bought it to be a "truck", so I am not concerned about the rougher ride an add a leaf is going to give me. I was originally going to buy either an F-250 or an F-150 HD, but I got this leftover '18, (non HD), at a price I could not refuse.
Has anyone put this kit on that can tell me how they like it, and maybe even some pics of your truck? Autospring has the same kit with a 2 1/2" front instead of 2", so if anyone has that I would be interested too.
To my knowledge, no one here has done an add a leaf yet. I’d like to know myself. My truck has a front leveling kit, but the back sags easy with just a few hundred pounds in the back. If an add a leaf isn’t too rough unloaded, I would rather have that than a taller block.
An overload spring, like SuperSprings work that way. An add a leaf has a slight curve to it, so it reshapes the entire spring pack a little when it's all tightened down.

I’m almost positive someone did the add a leaf kit with the front level spacer as a Polish lift. I was looking at that or the rear block, which I know was done on here by Jafo56. I thought with the spring, they noted the ride was a bit more harsh. I’ll try and look back, as I could be thinking it happened but someone was actually thinking of doing it.
I did the AS level kit and added the rear add a leaf. It all works nicely and clears 35x12.50 easily. The springs are rated for 900 lbs for the pair and do prevent lots of sag.
The ride is what can be expected, it's not factory soft but that's fine with me because I do use the truck for work. Especially when I need something more nimble than my 450. The biggest difference is in the unsprung weight. The 35x12.5 toyo tires are 80lbs each and the stock was I believe 32 lbs. The ride is very similar to how the F250 trucks ride and that's the best way to describe it. The front is the AS 2.5" spacer, rear is the AS 3" block and the AS add a leafs.
So this gives you about the same 3.5” rake that the truck had before any modifications, right?
Probably 3 inch at most. I need all the take I can get because I run loaded most of the time. The truck and trailer scale right at 18.6k and with 1k tongue weight it sits about level.
Nice set up. Takes that trailer well. And you have the Max Tow Pkg right? I'm looking to do something with my rear suspension that doesn't sag when loaded, but doesn't bounce all over the place when empty.
