Pulled our travel trailer up to Shenandoah National Park this weekend.
Zero issues with the 6.0l BEAST deltas under 10 the whole trip and lots of grunt up the long climbs.
That is awesome and I'm a little jealous you're camping. Our next trip is in a couple of weeks to NH. I'm taking Ol' Blue up Mt. Washington if all goes correctly. Enjoy the scenery & safe trip. And if you're not aware here is a link to a trip guys are planning next year.
Congrats!!! That's why we are looking at newer Diesel vehicles too. We have a TT that weighs in around 7000 and our Expedition while it works, we want to have more "oomph" and more of a truck to.pull mountains and further from home!
We have used our trailer 8 times this year so far, and have 5 more trips planned as of now.... Congrats on your 6.0 pulling like a beast! Hope we can say the same thing soon!
Weather was perfect! We're going to head back up there "Big Meadows" in 2 weeks. We already have the pull through site planned out. I see a lot of help threads on this 6.0 section and I just wanted to say that it's not ALL doom and gloom out there folks. 6 O and GO!
