Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling? Ill send an email to Forscan and see if they have any suggestions.
I did. In fact, I uninstalled .14 and installed the February .13 to see if that made a difference; it did not. Then I re-downloaded and installed .14, same.
Edit: started a thread in config forum on ForScan, I'll see if I get a good response.

Sounds good, I sent them an email as well. Ill let you know.
FANTASTIC update. With the help of Aaron (akcooper9) and ForScan support, it turned out to be "An Excursion Thing". Aaron worked with them to obtain a program update, and it resolved it for me. I cannot believe how quickly they responded and turned this around, fewer than 24 hours; I will be donating to their cause and buying the Extended when that is available. I presume this change will be in the next beta update.
One side note: as expected, you cannot set revs/mi to less than 600 on our older trucks; anything less than that results in an error. However, as best I can tell there's nothing detrimental to setting the Ring Tone Size to a larger number to get effectively smaller revs/mi values (e.g., 600 revs/mi and 113 tone ring size = 594.7).

Thanks, Aaron!
You are very welcome. Let us know how to 600 rev per mile and 113 tone ring works out on the drive home today!
