I have been searching for a horn button part number. The i.d. number on the old one is C1GF 13A800 A or it may be C1GE 13A800 A cant read the last digit. It is the chrome with the lightning bolts and gears and painted black in the middle.I bought a C3TZ-13A805-A from Green Sales before, but it just had the Ford logo. The one pictured can out of my uncles 1961 F-100 he sold me a while back. Would like to find one to put in my 64.
The only horn button listed with a lightning bolt is D1TZ 13A805-G for 71/ P350/500. There is one with a ring listed, p/n C2TZ 13A805-A for '64 4WD F100/250/350.
Mercury trucks used the lightning bolt plastic insert in the deluxe chrome horn ring. Maybe the standard Mercury horn button had the cast-in lightning bolt? I can't recall seeing one, but they might be around.

FoMoCo is infamous for replacing/updating 10's of 1,000's of part numbers every year! It was a PITA back then and still is today.
The original part number for the 1961/62 horn button was replaced at least twice. The reason for the 2nd time...circa 1967, the finish changed from chrome to flat argent to reduce glare.
And be aware that numbers marked on parts are casting or ID engineering numbers, not part numbers.
This is probably not what you need. But who can identify it? Is this from a larger truck?
Looks like the one on my 1966 4x4 (size and shape) but yours is at least 1964 or older since it is gear and lightening bolt instead of Ford and other wording - yes, also used on the bigger trucks since they used the same button.

Your the one who has much to be proud of. Thanks Robert!
If you were to plug this number into eBay you should see two styles - the gear and lightning bolt and the Ford - They even changed the Ford ones to not have any wording around the edges in later years. (Product of Ford Motor Company). You see that disappear across the whole line of horn buttons.
mine has the nylon retainer on the back and is taller than those.
Some one told me it probably come off a Falcon Truck. No such thing. Ford installed Falcon nameplates on some 1961/67 Econolines, but these...in reality are not Falcons.
