Just so everyone knows those 3 on eBay are different than the one the OP was asking about. If you compare the OP first post #1 it is chrome for the 17" wheel. All those NOS ones on eBay are for the larger steering wheel like the 4WD and bigger trucks and are stainless steel - like gangstakr was asking about. The chrome one is smaller diameter and tapers upward. You can see pitting in the used chrome ones but the stainless shouldn't pit.

Which means the sellers havw no idea based on what they say. Consequently I see them staying for sale for a long time at that price given the trucks they can work on aren't as common as the 100 and 250.
