Rode the bike to work yesterday, everything was good till around 4 and then we had a bad storm roll thru. Tons of rain, lightning and strong winds. By quitting time it was gone and the roads were only a little wet. Wife called and said we lost power at the house so ate out for dinner. Luckily for us it was back on by the time we got home.
Hump day!!
Today is also the day to make my fastpass reservations for our Disney vacation.
Update:
I was able to get a reservation for the Slinky Dog Dash roller coaster in Toy Story Land! I kept telling little man we were going to ride it and that was the only Fast Pass I really wanted.
It's Friday!!
It has started to pick back up at work, not crazy but steady. This week we picked up a big local landscaping business to do their maintenance.
Who knew that now vacations have to be completely scheduled months in advance.
I am ready to start making more money to stop spending on the truck
Got my engine back in the truck; took two days off work to help the buddy working on the truck with an extra set of hands to get everything back running along with the ac kit put in.
I loved it in the olden days when you could crawl in the engine bay. Now all you see is plastic and nothing is easy to get too.
Hope you have a lot better luck with this one.
A Disney vacation is a planner type persons nightmare. Dining reservations start 6 months out and Fast pass selection is 60 days if staying on Disney Property, 30 if off site. A reservation for build a droid, Yep it's a lot of planning months out. There is no just going to Disney World any more.

Bought some new vacuum line for the Dodge and going to work on that this morning. The vacuum line goes from the engine compartment to the control panel on the dash and controls the vents. The AC only blows out of the defroster vents right now.
Update: FIXED!! It is good to have it blowing out the of the correct vents again!
got back from chicago last night. Dont wanna go back, but may have to for advanced training in the next 6 months.
I liked it, learned a good amount. Mechanical portion I went in 100 and left 100. Hydraulics I had the greatest jump in progress.
Theres always that one student, and turns out to be the mid 30 year old who had to be the biggest kiss *** in the world. I hate people like that. He would not shut up, almost to the point my tongue was bleeding from biting it. Jesus. Oh well. Its over, and I learned something and gained a hatred for someone, and partied.
Cleaned up some of the property yesterday that I have neglected. It looks a million times better but my lower back was killing me last night. The daughter was run off the road and messed up a rim on the Benz. Never knew it would be so hard to find another rim for her car for under 500 bucks. I think I am going to stay an extra day on our Disney vacation. I can't get a camping spot at Disney a day earlier but I can one for the day after our reservations.
worked outside the past 2 days. Going to outline the house out in rock, and make a seating/fire pit area in the back yard off my porch. May do rock up front too
Found a place in Cartersville that repairs Alloy rims and they are mobile.
I didn't do a whole lot today, adjusted the parking brake on the 4 wheeler and used the tractor and blade to cut a small drainage ditch to redirect some of the water that was washing out my driveway. Took the rim off the daughters car and then came home and took a nap.
I called the mobile guy from Cartersville, he said he could not fix it. At lunch I gave up on getting it fixed and ordered one online. They emailed me back 2 hrs later and gave me a refund because they didn't have one. After calling another guy 3 different times throughout the day he finally called be back tonight. He is coming to my work to fix it in the morning. The only other option was to take to a place in Atlanta. Glad that is finally over, I hope.
The rain made for a slow day at work, it dragged on and on. John Deere showed up for a surprise warranty part inspection after lunch. You have to hold any warranty repair parts for 90 days and subject to inspection at any time. I passed with flying colors!
I did get some milling done. I have the board for the floor cut, they are on the Mazda. Yesterday worked on the shed go t block under the the floor joist. Should have done them first but had to match the 2 sections. Only has enough tar paper for 1/2 the floor. Planning the trips can be a pain till it done, then you double check everything. The aluminum wheels can get expensive. Maybe the guy and fix it. I need to do alot of clean up around here
Jacob you would hate being in a class with me cause I do talk alot and it not a kiss *** thing. Glass you are get things dont around your place
