Camper is a 2007 Jim. I need to get up on the roof and look things over. Last time I looked I saw nothing needing to be sealed but obviously it's been getting wet for a while now.
Good morning guys.
Forgot my wallet and phone this morning. Not the best way to start the day.
That sucks Jay! Damn campers! I try to check out my roof at least once a year but if its a small leak will I actually see it? Might need to have a GTG to help get that done!
So, the floor in our camper in front of the sink dipped down for some reason so since the linoleum was torn anyway we tore out a section to look at the issue. All I can tell is the wood must just be getting weak. I will have to start cutting it away and see what I can do to replace that area and strengthen it up.
On a worse side we have a terribly rotten section in front of the rear door. That will take a little work to replace. Also need to figure out where the water is coming in. Ugh!
Oh wow that sucks. Sounds like you may have two leaks. Finding the leaks is probably not going to be easy. Could be small leaks.

Good morning Jay!
Sure glad you didn't forget your phone on a Friday! That would be terrible!

Good morning Cory! I am up on my roof a few times a year, usually wash the roof a few times a year. Like you say though is a guy gonna actually see where the leak is. If its small you may not see the crack or wherever the leak is coming in.
Jay just pour bleach on the roof every so often to prevent mold. Bam! Problem solved. Or I would coat the whole roof in Snow Roof sealant and call it good.

Well, I found a couple possible leaking spots by the door where the floor is rotted. Hard to say what's behind the walls but I am not digging that far in.
