Was a beautiful sunny day of 82° here in the River City. I can take this till April then it can warm up.

Watched a guy take down my next door neighbors tree today.

Wifey and I went to breakfast this morning and while inside it poured down rain, got home and the rain gauge was dry. LOL

Was 87° today with 76% humidity. That rain has to be close. LOL

We're getting a nice soaker right now, have a 1/4" in the rain gauge now.

Be nice if it lasts all night. The farmers are crying for rain.
