I'm trying to figure out how much lift my truck has. It's a 1987 f250 with 285/ 75/ 16. I believe the factory tire size is 235/ 75/ 16. The 285 is 2" taller from ground to center-hub than the 235. Does anybody have a center-hub to fender measurement on a stock f250 with 235s???
It might have factory 4 inch lift, I think that's what mine has, not 100 % but an educated guess, they had the factory 4 inch on the high boys back in 70s

A shock length measurement would be a more accurate way to measure. bolt to bolt
as for the difference between a 235/85/16 and the 285/75/16. There ia about 1" total difference in height. So that would equate to about 1/2" from hub to ground difference
