I am looking for a downloadable hopefully free service manual for my motorhome. A proper service manual that if I wanted to I could use to put one back together from a floor covered in all of the parts. It is really difficult to locate one for the Chateau specifically. I can seem to find them for every other model and model that has the same 460 V8 engine in it but not for the chateau. And it is for more than the engine that I want the manual for. Like the water lines septic stove fridge etc... and how they all connect and work should I run into any trouble with them. I also need to figure out how to drain the rear tank as it has really really old and cruddy gas in it that will not burn I am assuming from the look of it and I don't want to try it. I removed the fuel line from the carb and the stuff that came out of the rear tank looked like dishwater and smelled like old varnish. I had to take the carb apart and clean all the jets and get the diaphragms moving freely again as they were pretty stiff. Luckily the front tank was bone dry and does send fuel to the carb. I was stuck as to where one of the connecting rods went and have learned that it was called the transmission kick down or something like that. I don't know a lot about engines but want to learn. I hate letting other people have the fun of fixing stuff I own and then having to pay them to do it too. I much rather figure out and learn how to do it all myself. Thanks for any help
