Replacement Parts Needed

Took our 2015 Escape in today for an inspection and they said that we need to replace "Left hand lower track bar, and left hand rear trailing arm". They wanted to charge $1000 for parts and labour to fix, which I declined. My buddy works at a local auto parts shop and can often get a better price for me than the dealership, and then I have a mechanic whom I can take the parts to. Anyways, I have been searching a ton online and my buddy at the parts shop did as well and couldn't find any 3rd party company that made these parts- so, is it safe to assume that Ford is the only one that makes these? For reference, the parts numbers are CV6Z-5A969-G and CV6Z-5500-L.

It took me all of 20 seconds to find both parts - $246 for the first and $42 for the second.
