Question Bed xtender rubber insert?

Looking under the hood and found a round hunk of black rubber mounted on clips ot the radiator. Luckily it had a FoMoCo part number that's how I found out what is was. Does anyone know its purpose?

Sorry, you're not making any sense. You say you found a "Bed xtender rubber insert" mounted to the radiator? WTF???

Well, I didn't see anything of that description on my truck. We need a photo (it's worth a thousand words!).

Now I'm even more confused. The web page you show says that the part does not fit a 2019 Ranger.
How can it be installed on your truck? It IS a 2019 Ranger, right?
