I used to read a lot about ITP regulated return kit, but now that I'm ready to buy a kit i'm no longer finding ITP. Looking at the different brands available, they seem to have different parts. Some have hard lines, some have braided stainless, some have both etc. Which is a good brand to buy?
I installed the Driven Diesel kit on my friend’s truck last summer. I was impressed with the kit, it was good quality and the bends in the hard lines not only matched up to the stock shape but kept constant diameter vs slight reduction that is somewhat typical of bends in hard lines.
I have no experience with any other kit, but that’s also the kit a few friends who are diesel mechanics recommend.
I have a windrunner performance RR and so far it has done well.
If I had to do it again, I would make my own, using all stainless banjos and stainless wrapped lines. The kits on the market that have pre-bent lines are super nice but are a challenge to install.
