It has the heavy service front springs and in the F250 an extra overload in the rear I believe. Has a rear sway bar. Have to get 18s so no Platinum or Limited.
I have the heavy service front springs and they are ok. Lift the front a good half inch. My fiancé complains when I hit bigger potholes at the farm at slow speeds as its bouncy; but most trucks are even my 2015 F150. I like this F250 chassis over my 2015 F150.
I wouldn't do a camper unless you have a long bed F350. I wouldn’t do a short bed 350 gas.
The F250 and F350 gas have the same rear axle. Do not know what transmission options will be in the 7.3.

Yeah I would price out the Lariat just to be sure they aren’t that far apart. Then check options and option packages. The adaptive steering is probably nice with the CCLB.
Only downside with your bench seat is you cant get heated rear seats or ac ducts in the back.
One thing is for sure. A lariat value pack CCLB 7.3 with camper package in a color you want will not leave you with any regrets in the future.

For me it was a matter of studying the order guide and spec sheets. I was leaning long box but when I found that the CCLB was the only configuration that gets the 48 gallon tank, my mind was made up. Also found I could order skid plates without getting the FX4 package and a few other tidbits like that. Actually ended up educating the dealership folks on some of this stuff. They have some good general knowledge but when it comes down to knowing the nitty gritty there’s plenty of info they’ve never even heard of. So study the 2020 guide and specs when they’re released and remember that when the dealer says, “You can’t order it that way.”, it actually means, “I’m not sure if you can order it that way or not but if you can dig around and find the order codes we’ll be glad to put them in for you.”

The ecoboost mpg for me has been absolutely horrendous pulling my trailer. I am expecting double the fuel economy, maybe triple if I went with the diesel, but I am not sure what the 7.3 engine's MPG will come in at. [...]
Curious, What is your issue with Sirius. I am an MLB fan and love listening to baseball wherever i go. I also love that anywhere I go I can get some stations.[...]

I got about 7 mpg with my crap 5.4L 3V F-150. Towing the same thing with my 6.7L, I get around 10-11. I think it would be almost the same with a 6.2L. Will the 6.7L pull it better than 6.2L? Sure. Will it get better economy than the 6.2L. No. At least not in any significant way that could be monetized.
Unless your EB has something wrong with it that's causing you to get 3-5 mpg on flat ground, I just don't think you're going to realize those gains your hoping to see in fuel economy. You're probably going to save around $100 per 1,000 miles towing. You may give some of that back when not towing, as the EB probably gets better daily-driving fuel economy than an HD 6.2L will.
As for SirriusXM: thin, compressed formats are among the worst audio quality I've ever heard. Same in my wife's Subaru. I've heard that streaming SirriusXM through the phone and then using the Sync3 to play from the phone helps a lot. But ... also, for music, the playlist is severely limited and they seem to only have access to a very abbreviated music catalog. After about 2 months, the playlist just wraps around. The channels have about 1/4 of the music that a traditional radio station has. It's beyond worthless to me. As a free option, I deleted it. If they paid me $20/month to use it, I'd have to think long and hard about the deal.
Now, if you're into MLB games, talk radio, and maybe other formats where fidelity doesn't matter so much, then I could see value.

its weird if i go on to ford's website and build it with just the options listed the price for the 6.2 comes to 54700. For comparison the same build with a 6.7 63,460. the PTO in the 6.2 does require 4.30 gears so that does add a little. making it a difference of 8800 bucks before incentives, rebates or deals at a dealer
