I am having a parasitic drain and would like some help in the direction to go. I bought the truck fairly recently but only in the last couple weeks I have seen the battery drain to the point it won't start. The batteries in the truck need replacing but I would like to nail down this drain before doing so. When I did a water level check on the batteries a while back one of the cells was empty. I filled and recharged and it seemed everything was fine but they are 5 + years old and the PO let them die since the truck sit so much. I have not had them load tested but when sitting both batteries are at 12.6V. Before the drain developed I did the following to the electrical system if that helps:
Replaced headlight switch
Replaced Illumination bulbs in cluster
Removed, sent for repair and reinstalled the overhead console electronic board
Replaced ignition switch
Replaced headlights
I just did a parasitic drain test. When everything initially powers down and after 30 minutes I am showing a drain of 160 milliamps. I started pulling fuses and when I pulled Fuse #15 the meter went to zero. Any ideas where I should start tracing the drain from here?

160 is too high, zero is too low. I don't know what's on fuse #15, but it seems odd that it would be the only one carrying a load. What stuff is fuse 15 labeled for?
Unplug the GEM and see if the load goes away.
I had one recently that had one of the GEM drivers shorted and causing a draw.
A draw from the GEM doesn't necessarily mean the GEM is bad, it could also be a stuck switch causing the GEM to try and do something.
my 02 will kill the batteries in a weeks time. i "think" it is the remote start brain that is the draw.
i fixed it by mounting a battery maintainer under the hood, and leave it plugged in.
