what oil for 215?

what is everyone using for oil? I have a 53 f100 with a 215 inline 6. I imagine the orig. oil was straight 30 weight, is it still best to use that or is a modern 20w/50 better?

10w30 will do just fine. I had a 53 back in the 70's and ran that for many miles.

I have been using 10-30 Valvoline conventional in my 223 since 1975.
