Help with no crank/no start

My 2011 E350 van 5.4L would not start this morning. I jumped power to the starter trip wire and it started. The starter relay in the under hood fuse panel is working (I can feel it click when my son tries to start it). I switched relays and even jumped the pins but still no go. I'm thinking neutral safety switch? I don't have a wiring diagram for the NSS on the 4R75E. Is there anything else between the fuse panel relay and the starter trip(signal) wire?

If the starter relay "clicks", there is nothing wrong with any of the following: PCM, DTR sensor, ignition switcch, etc.

Check fuse F13 under the hood.

What does "even jumped the pins but still no go." mean? What specific pins?

I found the problem. It was a corroded diode in the under hood fuse panel. Sorry for the lack of clarity in my first post, I was running late for work and a little stressed. I meant I jumped pins 3 and 5 on the relay to rule out a faulty relay. Thanks for your reply
