spring shackle question

Hello everyone,
I am a newB I'm hoping that there's a wealth of knowledge on this forum for my new to me 1966 Econoline SuperVan.
Does anyone know what the stock shackle length should be for the front and rear leaf springs? It looks like mine has been jacked up at some point. My rear shackle from center bolt to bolt is 7" and the front shackle center bolt to bolt is 5" aren't they supposed to be the same?
Thanks in advance!

thanks for this reply as well. By chance are your shackles flat bar stock or is it stamped steel? It looks like sometime in my vans earlier life it was WAY Jacked Up! Always a good idea with a short wheelbase and a high center of gravity, lol.
