V10 spark knock

I have a 2001. V10 f250 4x4 with 3.73 gears. It spark knocks in the higher rpms when pulling my camper (11,000 lbs) checked it with a code reader it says there No LTFTB1 readings says 0 and only shows one 02s does that sound correct any help would be great

What are you using to read that? I remember with my '01, I had problems with certain readers that couldn't find the other O2 sensor bank.
