Radio Issues

Hi everyone, I've had an issue with my radio ever since I bought my Aerostar (97 XLT AWD). The electronics of the radio all seem to be in working order, but the radio itself doesnt have any audio, and when I select "Scan" it just loops through the stations again and again and again. I've pulled the radio out and checked all of the connections in the back, and everything is fine and dandy. Cassette works, which is what ive been using for bluetooth, but sometimes I like to listen to the radio. Any help is appreciated.

It sounds like the antenna is not connected, so tyhe tuner part of the radio can not tune into a signal. That's probably why it just scans forever. Check the antenna and its cable to make sure there is a proper connection to the radio.
