Satellite reception
Just purchased a 2014 STX f-150 it does not have the screen that the more loaded trucks have. I cannot get reception all the time I will be going down the road and it will come on then a few minuets later it will go off. I have been told that if it is the radio that it is about a $700.00 fix. Has anyone had this problem ?I have satellite radio in my other cars so I am aware of when and how to get the signal. Any help is great.

I'd say the first thing to do is to pull the radio and check the satellite radio antenna to make sure you have a good solid connection. Disconnect the antenna from the radio then reconnect a few times. Some times these connections can get a little tarnished which can affect them.
