The rear washer on my ex quit the other day. Thought it might be because the fluid was out, but it still doesn't work now that it is filled. The front washer works fine. I did some searching and found that typically when the rear doesn't work that there usually is a broken hose at the back hatch or near the passenger side firewall. But I can find no leaks? When the truck is off and key on, I can hear gurgling when I activate the rear washer but nothing happens.
Mine did that too. Ended up being a relay in the under hood box. Somewhere in my build thread is the relay number. I’m on the road so can’t look it up right now.
edit: got where I was going and looked through my old post:
The front and rear washer relays are 206 and 209. Don’t remember which was which. I swapped them and it changed which washer worked.
So I tried swapping relays and that didn't do it. Held the rear wiper on for a about 90 seconds straight and then I heard water running on the floor of the garage near the passenger seat. Felt the carpet but it wasn't wet. Pulled back the trim and found it full of washer fluid. The connector up under the dash had come apart. Pushed it back in and all is well.
