I pulled the radius arms off my 77 150 to replace bushings and the end of the radius arm where it goes through the frame bracket is rotted to less than half the original diameter. I'm having trouble finding replacements..... any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
The 2x4 trucks use sheet metal arms with a welded in stud. The 4x4 arms are fully cast including the pivot stud. I do not believe replacing the stud is an option.
Toms bronco parts sells used arms if you can’t find one in a junk yard.
Depending on your fab skills you could use the C end of your current arms and build custom long arms (or stock length arms) and that would allow you to have the cast C ends with steel tube arms and a steel pinion stud.

I was thinking about trying to fab something. But I did see Tom's bronco parts. They are 250 a set I believe. I'm assuming the bronco radius arms are the same as the f150?
I understand that to work good with a lift kit that the trac bar is best if it can be as parallel to the ground as possible, so a trac bar drop bracket is the best to use. And with a 4" lift you will probably need to get an adjustable trac bar anyway.
Whats yall's opinion on radius arm drop brackets or C bushings to accommodate for a rough country 4" lift kit?
Also with that should i just use the track bar drop bracket or get an adjustable track bar to use with the drop bracket?
Track bar drop is a must. And with my 4" lift I changed my Pitman arm to a drop pitman arm also. I used 7' degreed C bushings instead of the drop brackets for my radius arms because the radius arm drop brackets hangs down too far and simply looks awful.

I have the track bar drop bracket and plan to use it. I just wasnt sure if I should go ahead and buy an adjustable track bar or if the factory length bar works fine and doesnt cause any axle shift.
I am worried about how far the drop brackets for the radius arms hang down... but I am also worried about the C bushings causing the coil springs to bow forward. (Just from what I have read in the past)
Below I will post a picture of my pitman arm, apears to me it's already a drop pitman arm but maybe I'm wrong. Drop pitman arm or factory?
