1: complete headlight retrofit. projectors/BajaDesigns and blacked out chrome just looks dope and the projector's output is insanely clean
2: Icon kit, truck rides 100x better
Curious as to why 36k? I know bumper to bumper warranty is good for 3 years 36k miles but powertrain warranty is good for 5 years / 60k miles (Diesel engine 5 years / 100k miles).
If warranty isn't a concern then why wait to delete/tune?
I was thinking powertrain ended at 36k. In that case I’ll likely delete soon. My 7.3 was tuned with soft and I loved that thing.
I’ve read a lot about tunes and it seems that there isn’t one in particular tuner that has been the most reliable. What are your guys’ suggestions on tunes after deleting?
Ive been away from the diesel world for the past couple years and man have things changed since the 7.3.

Which icon kit did you go with? I’m considering a king kit with tuned bypass shocks, don’t want anymore than 4-4.5”
though.
I’ll have to check out headlight. I purchased some much brighter led’s for the rear. I live in a rural area and want make sure I can see when backing up.
I have a Lariat that didn't have a heated steering wheel. So I swapped to a Ford Raptor heated wheel, ran wiring, and got not only the heat working but also the paddle shifters. The shifters are sooooo nice to have when hauling and towing heavy in the mountains. Absolutely love it. Best mod I've ever done.
Do you have a write up for the raptor wheel? That's awesome the paddle shifters work also!

MY fAVORITE MOD so far is my Amp Power steps... Love em... the look, the functionality of having the steps out of the way Factory steps removed Amp Steps Installed Love the clean look with steps up and out of the way
Rearranging my buttons above sync so that the ones I use the most are closest to me and the ones I never touch are away from me. Crazy simple but I use the camera button almost daily and the exhaust brake button every time I tow.
My favorite mod has to be the window tint. Makes it bearable to be inside without having to run the A/C full tilt in the summer.
My second favorite has to be the RDS 60gallon tank/box combo in the bed. It is really nice to not have the fuel gauge move for 900 miles or so after filling up. Between the 48 gallon factory tank and the RDS I only fill up every 1500 miles empty and can get 1000 miles towing. Fillups do require starting the pump at least twice though...
