Hey guys!

I've been snooping around for awhile and decided to join up! I'm not a huge car guy but the 1951 F1 has been my love for a long time! After having a few rough patches in life my wife told me one day "Hell babe, go get your truck. You've been looking at them for years and we deserve some good things to happen!" A few months later we loaded up the kids and drove to central Washington to pick up the "Broken Truck" as my three-year-old calls it. It's going to be a long road but I have been having fun so far. The past owner didn't speak English and my spanish is minimal so I didn't learn much about it during the pickup. I got rid of the 318 and 904 torqueflite that came in it. I found out the 9 inch is from a 67 F100. And he said the IFS is from an 89 Jag. I haven't been able to figure out what kind of Jag or anything about it really so if anyone knows anything I would love the help. I also picked up a 91 5.0 mustang that a kid started to swap in a t5 from a 94 cobra and didn't finish. I've got the swap done now minus some wiring to get it running. I plan to have the 5.0 and to on the truck someday. Well that's about it for now, I hope to learn a lot going forward!
