I have a 2000 f150 with 198,000 miles. The lite on the dash came on, "service engine soon" , I had the codes read and they said the coils are going bad.
Does anyone know anything about the coils at partsgeek.com, wo133-1617903 Renco $21.10? What about Rockauto.com Standard fd503t $15.50?
Would appreciate your comments and suggestions.

most of us get them off ebay for around 80 for all 8 cops. IIRC uneeksupply is the sellers name

 

No codes 'specifically' tell you coils are going bad.
Do not depend on what someone told you.
What engine and what are the trouble codes?
