Seat swap

Seat swap
I have a 1987 F150 (6 cylinder/auto) that I recently bought to rebuild. It will be a total make over. Been sitting for years so I will be putting in carpet. While the original bench seat is out I was considering mounting bucket seat and building a console for storage. Does anyone know of any buckets that will bolt directly to the original holes without frabrication?
Thanks

BigJohn,
(FYI for an idea). My 1995 F-150 Eddie Bauer originally had the 60/40 bench seat with the fold down center console, I trader a guy for true bucket seats with inboard arm rests from his 1992 F-150 Supercab with center console. I've always been partial to the 1992 model year fabric weave. My intent was to keep my truck all Ford. Seat replacement was several years ago and I still like the OEM bucket seats. If you do swap seats and the replacements seats appear that the upholstery is compressed or the fabric shows signs of creases, add ~ an inch of new foam before you install (mount) the replacement seats in your truck. If you do add foam, get a can of aerosol 3M fabric adhesive from your local auto parts store.
I took the upholstery off the Bucket seats washed them in a large capacity laundrymat washer on delicate cycle and hung them on the clothes line to dry. I spread carpet fresh on the foam before re-installing the upholstery fabric covers. The carpet fresh both smells pleasant and helps sliding and stretching the fabric.
