Drivers Door Glass replacement
New here. Trying to fix my wife's beast. 1993 Bronco. Drivers door glass shattered and bought new glass, window seal , and regulator/motor assembly from LMC. Got it apart and installed window seal and regulator. Finally figured out how to install the glass and window would not go up. Too tight. Fought it for a couple of hours and finally removed seal and installed glass without it and still too tight to roll up. Wrong glass? it is 22-1/2 in wide. Is this the right width or is something out of whack? Any help would be great.

Thanks. Should be done with doors soon and working on oil leaks next. She runs great, but is going to need a bunch of stuff. We will have fun doing it though. I've been checking out other threads and will probably need some help along the way!
