I have a 17 F250 6.7 Lariat with a 3” level kit. I have not pulled with it yet and I am coming off a Tundra. My old weight distribution shank is about 2 1/2 inches short (meaning the ball is 2 1/2 inches two tall and will cause the truck to sink in the back end when I hook the camper to it) The old shank has a 7” drop and I just ordered one with a 9 1/2 drop. In some
pics the 9 1/2 looks like it may be too long but I’m not sure.
I am pulling a 32’ foot bumper pull travel trailer at about 9-10k pounds.
i was wondering what shank do you guys have on your lifted or leveld trucks? Thanks guys!
Won't the rear of the truck sink/sag no matter what height your ball is? A thousand pounds is a thousand pounds. The 3" level will likely make your truck nose high even with the WDH set up properly.

I was thinking the same. There are different kinds of weight-distributing hitches out there. Could you post a picture of yours so we can better understand the question?
I think you'll sink just as much no matter the height. With an adjustable unit you can see how far it sinks under weight, then unload and readjust accordingly.
