AC problems 94 E150
Can't get this van to blow cold air. I changed out the orifice tube. Vacuumed it down real good 29 hg. let it set for about a half hour. no leaks. vacuumed it for another 45 min. charged it up with 62 oz. that's what the sticker says it takes with the rear ac. The low side gets up to 50 and the high side gets about 275. it's 105 degrees outside. It will only cool down to 80 degrees. It should be working great. Am I missing something with rear ac. They both work about the same. It had a fairly new compressor on it when I bought it but the ac didn't work very well. It tries to work. I need this van to get my mom around.
I have removed the condenser and air will go through it.
I removed the accumulator and it seems okay.
I removed the front evaporator and air goes through it okay.
I'm at a loss here. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx. Tim

really have no idea. I'm replacing the accumulator, condenser, and a couple hoses. I'm flushing all the other lines out, all the way to the back. I flushed the evaporator real good. This duel system is a real pain. I did find one bad line and a pinched o ring on the back of the compressor. I'm waiting for the new lines to show up today. This is getting very expensive. HA.
