Hi everyone, I am new to FTE and I thought I would share what I own and also ask a few questions as well.
1968 Mercury M100 1/2ton 2wd - 240 6cyl., 3 on the tree, as plain as a truck could be (radio delete too!!); i got this truck when i was 14...well, it was dad's and was intended to become mine for when i turned 16. but i found the truck below and the merc eventually became a chore truck around the farm. it was taken off chore duty a couple years ago and now sits in the quonset collecting dust.
1969 Ford F100 1/2ton 2wd - 390FE, C6 auto, Hedman headers, dual exhaust, visor, Eagle alloy rims and 60 series rubber; I bought this truck from my uncle when I was 15 and drove it until I graduated then bought a newer vehicle that was good on fuel (13 mpg is not cool when you have no money in highschool). This truck is quite sweet for factory options - it has a radio, carpet, nice door panels, deluxe gauges, even a second fuel tank along the driver's inner framerail (please correct me if i am wrong, but i was told it was a factory option).
