Lowering the minimum cruise control setpoint

Has anyone figured out or messed with lowering the minimum setpoint for the cruise control from 20mph down to 10 or 15mph. For work i have to drive on a lot of ranches and some have speed limits of 15mph and if you go over they are some pretty hefty fines that you have to pay to the ranch, so i have been trying to search and see what i could find but i haven't came up with anything yet.

I have the regular cruise control, not the adaptive cruise control if that makes a difference.

Ok thanks. I have FORScan, been looking all through it but can't find anything in the drop down menu's, i figured if we are able to that i would have to alter some code.

Not the answer you’re looking for I’m sure... but tweak the axle parameters and tell your truck it’s going twice as fast as it is!
