2003 6.0 hpop
I had a previous post but it got drained out and side tracked( no disrespect to those that posted). I'm pretty sure my issue is the hpop. My hpop is warranted but was curiouser if there was a place to send it to make it more durable before I install it

Summery of other thread: His new 03 OEM pump appears to test bad and to have failed. It was warrantied, so now he has a new-new OEM HPOP. Kudos to the vendor for warrantying their HPOP (a minimum expectation IMO though)!
No one simply upgrades them that I know of.
Terminator Engineering used to, but quit from what I understand. You might try contacting them though.

Way back. IIRC, the folks getting 800 hp out of their 6.0Ls hinted that Jasper might have done it at one time, but you had to go to a Jasper authorized shop. Who knows where that stands now, or if it is even practical.

Thank you for the info; yes terminator did stop rebuilding them. Bostech may not make the best pump however their customer service is on point and quick. My new pump showed up with new seals and a return label for the core within 3 days. Looks like I'll just have to replace the pump every 8 months lol.
