Hitch Reducer Sleeve

I looked in the towing threads and didn't find anything but have any of you Guys found a single one piece 3" to a 2" sleeve reducer this Ford Class V receiver? Thanks. (I've been Googling for days)

I pull 12,000lbs with load distribution set-up.

It wiggles a lot.

Will be welding up the two spacers into one, thus eliminating some slop.

My truck only has the 2 1/2 inch receiver, but instead of the short little sleeve like the one that came with the truck, I bought a 12 inch sleeve. Drilled one set of holes in addition to the ones it came with and now have 2 positions to use, depending on what I'm towing for a trailer.
