I guess I understand the desire to increase mpg but if that is a real concern then maybe you shouldn't have gone PSD. I'm thinking Prius.
When I had my previous '15 F250 as my daily, 30k miles per year, I did the math and figured that even at moderate mpg savings I would get my payback in about 18 months. The increase in power / fuel economy / not having to buy DEF fluid / not having to watch my MPG take a dive during regens was all just a big plus.
I do agree with cangim about the cost of repair vs. delete. One thing to consider is that if you have a major exhaust system failure you're going to probably be stuck on the side of the road.

Any increase in fuel economy just makes it that much more beneficial. I know that a regen only uses about .75 gallons and if I regen about once per tank I am not saving much. The straight pipe should help a little to but I don't see guys getting 4-5 mpg better like they did on the earlier diesels from deleting.
What companies are still selling delete kits. I remember that one or two were shutdown
