2001 Expy

I have a question.
Do the 2001 Expeditions with the 5.4 have the PI heads?
I need to replace the driver side and would like to know if it’s the PI before I buy one. Don’t necessarily want to tear it down until I have the other one ready.

Yes, it should.
Be sure your new one has the "PI" Performance Improved cast on it.
