Get Bilsteins. They are the best shocks I've ever run on any vehicle. Well worth the money paid and you will not be disappointed.

You can search the part number you need on the Bilstein web site. Note that there are models for lifted trucks and a different model for extreme off-roading. So check the list carefully.

I just put a set on my truck a few weeks ago and they are excellent. I'm using the regualr street Bilsteins, but I do some serious off-roading for work, barely-bladed, kidney-bustin' paths paved with football-sized rocks. The Bilsteins perform very well on or off the road. I think they give you a lifetime warranty, too.

For Bilstein 5100s for a stock PSD 4x4 you'd want BE5-2818-HO for the front and BE5-2819-HO for the rear.

Hope this helps.

I put the Rancho RSX shocks on my truck and really like them. Rides great, lots better than the Monroe's. They were about 51.00 dollars each.

Just picked up a set of the best Monroe's for my 99psd. They were 40 apiece Plus you get a rebate from monroe for the price of one shock plus sales tax. I'll try um and see how they work. Even , the stock shocks worked for almost 60k. I'm at 72k now so it's time for replacement. s.kuteman
