Guy’s, I need to pick someone’s brain here. Got a 2014 F350 with a XL package on it. Meaning I have a BMI computer or at least I think that’s what you call it. The one thing I was missing was the volume switch on the steering wheel so I installed on but it doesn’t work. Is there something in the bmi that has to be activated for this to work like turning on a concierge package or something? Thanks, Bob
