460 swap?

460 swap?
I just recently bought a 86 f250 with a seized 460 in it that has a carburetor on it. The truck also had a working 460 in the bed that also came with it but is tbi. My question is can i just swap motors and be good to go? Or is there something else needed for the tbi to work properly?

I don't know if the heads are different between the 2 motors but if not you can take the intakes off and swap them may need to swap distributor too?
Some who knows more of the 460 will have to post.
