Do you have owners manual with wiring diagram? Seems like there is problem with safety switch or seat switch to me. Bypass the seat first, or check the connections.
I don't have an actual manual. Just stuff I have found online. The seat switch is already gone and bypassed be previous owner.

I would say its time to break out the test light or a volt meter and see where you have power and don't have it. Maybe start at the switch and work from there.
