4x4 Conversion, TTB anyone?
I'm getting ready to finally convert the F150 to 4 wheel drive. After looking on my local craigslist, and the marketplace here nobody seems to be selling any 44TTB's. The yard has one but they want 200$ for it. Figured I'd see if anyone's sitting on one. I'm also willing to offer trade I have a D44 Solid Axle off a 78 f150 super cab so it's leaf sprung high pinion. Good axles, good brakes, and manual lockouts 3.50 gear. I'm not doing a SAS but it would be a good candidate for one.

The problem is the only people who swap out axles are people who own f250s. The leaf sprung TTB isn't that great. The half ton version with coils is very nice. I maybe plan on SASing my f250, and in that case I'd give you my D44HD TTB, but it's 8 lug and leaf spring...
