Picked this up last month at a nice car show in Pocomoke MD.. It was a different theme. It was tied into the towns business awareness program. When you entered your vehicle, you were given a punch card. The idea was to visit each store or establishment on the list and get your ticket punched. When your ticket was all punched , you turned it in for a drawing of door prizes. I won a spa treatment for a dog. I gladly gave it to someone there who had a dog. It was a fun way to do a car show.
Thanks Abe. It was a fun time. I will not be doing as many shows this year. During the summer, it can get quite hot and show last from about 9 to 3 or so. A long day, The Saturday night cruise ins are better. 5-7 in and out. Our car club host one each month April to October. It works out better. The name of the club is Wheels that Heal. We raise a few coin to help out a family of a sick child or what ever.
Last Saturday, our club hosted a Wings and Wheels event at the local airport. The airport brought in some cool planes and we had about 125 vehicles. A great day. the planes, An Offspray, a State police Medivac, a couple of fighters, a B 25, small planes, A real good time
