Getting ford issues resolved from higher up than dealer
Anyone ever bypass your dealer to get issues resolved by going directly to ford?? If so how did you go about it? Tired of playing games with these dopes at the dealer & am looking to get my issues resolved from
higher up the chain! Thanks!

There is a process you need to go through, generally something like this:
1: Take the truck in for the repair, which of course requires you to return when the parts get there.
2: Go back a second time for the same issue - Save all the paperwork
3: When not resolved ask to meet with the Service Manager and review the issue, this means showing him/her what the issue is.
4: They will ask to try and fix it again, you have to let them.
5: If not fixed after that visit you call Ford Customer Care and file a complaint. This will immediately be sent back to the dealer to call you.
6: Meet with the dealer again, let them offer a solution.
7: If not fixed Call Ford Customer Care again, ask for it to be elevated to the "Zone Representative from Ford" and that you would like to setup a meeting with the Zone Rep to review the problem.
8: They will probably send out a Tech from Ford Corp. to look at the issue, you will need to meet with them and see what they have to say.
9: Meet with the Ford Zone Rep.
They make it tough because many people think they have a Lemon Law worthwhile issue, in most cases they do not. I have even seen them tell people there is nothing wrong, it is designed that way. If that is the case ask to drive a similar truck from the lot. If it does not have the same issue you win, if it does, well then.....
Hope it helps, this is the route I had taken and seen many others go down. Back when I was much younger I was a service writer for Ford, not a pleasant job.
All Ive ever heard is that even corporate ford sucks... honestly.
Been the opposite always great service from corporate, always get a claim number and get it escalated to the regional rep. Had ford buyback 3 lemon law trucks without fuss including my 2018. No fight, arbitration or attorney.

Please post phone number or email address that you have had success with... Like I posted, they don't care and said find a new dealer...

07 F350 6.0, 2010 6.4, 18 F150 all were in the shop past 30 days. Contacted Ford and asked for a courtesy buyback their RAV team contacted me and the process was easy. As for the phone number it's the number printed in the owner's manual.
Ford has reinvented customer service for truck owners with this new call center in Houston that opened on 5/6. Now if they would only publish the phone number!
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Ford is making a big move in Houston. The motor company is opening a new call center, and it's looking to fill more than 500 positions. The facility is at 5959 Corporate Drive in southwest Houston. It will mainly focus on helping people who own Ford trucks. According to the listing for similar Ford call center positions on Glassdoor, the average base pay is between $30,000-$38,000 a year. Ford hopes to reinvent customer service by having one point of contact for customers rather than having to explain your problem to several different people, Ford also said Houston is the perfect place for a center like this, calling the Bayou City the heart of the world's largest truck market. The call center opens Monday.
I am unfortunately going through this process right now for a small thing and Ford is totally being difficult to warranty this repair. I have a brand new 2019 F-250 and a crack developed in the passenger side mirror housing where it connects to the door. No biggie except it will eventually fall out and have to be replaced. I noticed it about 2 months after having the truck and they claim it can from outside damage. The problem is that there is no indication of damage from an outside source not even a scratch. This is NOT a daily driver and has very very low miles on it. I randomly saw this crack while washing the vehicle. I am super pissed at Ford and will never buy from them again. This is a 70K truck and they are refusing a warranty on a 1K part. I typically buy a new truck ever 4 years.
This claim has been denied 2x now but I refuse to let it drop based simply on the principal now.
Post your issues on social media...all these companies HATE getting slammed in front of their target markets.
Personally, I always give the service manager a chance on my second visit to make it right, then I write a letter/email to the heads of the company - yes including the CEO, SVP Customer service...etc. Its slower, but it works.

Are you taking it to the dealer where you bought the truck? That repair will be denied from Corporate Ford. The dealer will have to "eat it" ie. buy the mirror for you. They will not be reimbursed from FOMOCO. That is why it is being denied. While I empathize with your situation, I imagine it will be a tough replacement to get warrantied.
