Steering Rack

Hi, Im new to the F150 world. So far all is well. Great forum. Im out of a Dakota after 15 years! New to me is a 2008 F150 5.4,39,000 miles. There it too much play in the rack and I would like to adjust it, I've done so on a few vehicles in the past, just a little bit does wonders. On this rack there is a round type of plug with 4 cuts like a compass, N,S,E,W. Is there a special tool to remove this plug and an adjuster lives underneath? I hope its adjustable. Any help is appreciated. The truck is awesome. I`m just getting a few bugs out of it. Next is to replace power steering line, part is ordered. Thanks! Peter

A 2008 5.4 with only 39K? WTF!

Sorry, don't have an answer for this one, just amazed at the low mileage. I mean, mine technically only has 12k, but the odometer lies about 130k more...
